The Fathers Day Hatch-A-Long!!! The Last Day To Set eggs Is June 3rd!!!!

I put my eggs in lockdown on Friday night and have 5 fuzzy butts already!!

So for today I had set 118 eggs

55 hatched some are still hatching.

Then I pulled 21 eggs

I have311 eggs left.

I sold 30 chicks today

I'm waiting for the turkeys to hatch. THe waiting is very trying. The final stretch--will they hatch or won't they? I need a break from hatching--yes, I really did say that. I have a couple boxes arriving this week and I think that will be it.

Lots of great baby pictures! Ameraucanas seem to make good crosses with everything! My favorite crosses are with Cochins and Iowa Blues.

That splash Cochin/AM in the middle is just adorable and is on her 2'nd round of broody fever

Her brother on the right got HUGE.

I candled my eggs yesterday and saw that 28 out of the 30 eggs are showing signs of growth Yay! I hope they continue to grow and I get a much better hatch for my 2nd attempt.. They are not due to hatch until June 20th so there is still plenty of time.. I hope everyone else's hatching is going well.
