Nope, Fatima is an EE, short for Easter Egger. Ameraucanas are a real breed, EEs are more like mutts. However most so-called "ameraucanas" are really EEs so your Debbie is probably an EE.

Okay everyone *takes a deep breath*

The book is FINISHED! We have ordered one copy that will arrive sometime next week (we think) to proof the printing and cover alignment. After that I will let you know if it's okay and you can begin ordering!

How it will work is that I will take an order of how many people want the book then have the books shipped to my house. There I can sign them and ship them to the recipients. (Reason: Lulu.com {which I am self-publishing through} takes a huuuge hunk of profit if the books are ordered through the site and bulk orders cost less.)

I am totally and completely excited — now I'm a published author outside of magazines! I hope the book works well and we don't have to change anything — it's been a pretty huge pain.
