For those who were interested, I just now euthanized the chick with the broken leg and wing that was injured during USPS delivery "service"; the other chick appears to be okay now (?). I want to say too that any persons or system that allows the mistreatment of, neglect of, and what happened to my chicks or any other animal as a matter of course and efficiency is far worse than disgusting.
