I have 9 pullets. 5 of them started laying last week. Wow! So cool to collect eggs. I go out and check on my nest boxes constantly. Pathetic.
That larger olive colored one in the top row was a double yolker. I made a frittata out of this batch. Delicious!

WOW - those eggs are beautiful - so colorful. Love it!!! We just started getting to "collect eggs" in the past 3 weeks too so I totally get your excitement - I can't wait to go look every day and I still take pictures of EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! LOL Enjoy those yummy eggs!

Our older flock just started laying, and I find myself going out to check for eggs constantly. I've even created egg count sheets (I know - what a nerd).
