Does it not worry people that homeland security has bought all of those bullets? Who is going to shoot them and whom are they going to be shot at? That works out to be about five bullets for every man, woman and child in this country. How many times are they going to shoot us?

Now I see that they are buying light tanks.

Frankly, I am more afraid of the US government than I am of a crazy with a fire arm.

We are talking about Homeland Security here, not Social Security. Now the issue of Social Security buying ammo is another thing to worry about.

When there's a rush by everyone to buy something it will often cause the shortage that the people feared.
I remember the time that Johnny Carson joked that there was a shortage of toilet paper on his late night T.V. show and the next day by noon it was hard to find T.P. in some stores.

And why shouldn't there be SSA cops ?
