The Float Test (Results) Need Advice- NEWBIE ;-)

I've had good hatches out of my cooler bator. What kind of thermostat are you using? Fan? I've had 36/44 hatch over past two days. Had two pip wrong end and die. Still have six in bator but know they prob quit. Patience is the hardest part
