"Nothing." after he said that he flew off into the sky, if they off lowed they would have a hole in their scales for a few weeks.

Belial snagged his claws into Dragonoth's tail as he attempted to escape. He dragged him back to the ground and twisted his claws angrily, snapping several small bones in his tail. "Do you want us to kill you?" He hissed in Dragonoth's ear "Do you want me to rip your beating heart out of your chest? Because if you do, keep this up, I'd rather enjoy it."

... Really if you wanted me down you could have pinned me but I am already flying.. So you could not catch me..l

He wouldn't have been able to get away in the first place without Lilith or Belial stopping him. They are standing right next to him. Dragons are rather large and bulky, they don't leap into the air instantly like a sparrow. It takes a while for them to be airborn when taking off from the ground.
