I love the name Xerxes! It perfect.Xerxes it is! It's a fitting name for him! LolI think we are going to name the hen, Chica Linda, and the little pullet Fortuna. So Xerxes, Chica Linda and Fortuna. DON'T mind me, I been up coyote hunting in the rain, since 3 am. I look a bit homely

Well.... I think he was smart enough to not come here last night, or just heard the commotion of the coon in the trap and stayed away. I'll try again tomorrow morning.I love the name Xerxes! It perfect.
How was the hunt? Was it successful?
Good luck and happy hunting! I look forward to hearing that he is no more.Well.... I think he was smart enough to not come here last night, or just heard the commotion of the coon in the trap and stayed away. I'll try again tomorrow morning.

They seem to be worth the extra work! I'm really falling for Xerxes, he is such a ham. The breeder said she bought them from someone earlier this year, and hatched the little pullet from her silkie flock. Who ever she bought the pair from, must of handled the rooster alot. He just loves the attention, unlike my big prick, Falkor...That is the best news. I'm so happy for you. Great job sticking with them.
