I don't mind not letting them out, I just wanted to know for sure since i'm new at this. i'm a chicken person thus far lol. This is a weird question... I want to raise them for meat and eggs but I don't know if i can bring myself to kill them

how do you get past that?

just like i did when i started raising them,

dont treat them like pets, keep it in your mind that they are a food source.....

the first time is the hardest believe me i know, but after the 1st one its easy.......its just a mind set.....
i look at it this way...they had a very good life living with me........

ya, they say rap them on the head to knock them out then snip with the scissors...
i am struggling with the problem of not being able to "process" my extra males at this moment in fact...
