Sleepy chicks are much easier to get picture of for sure.

More puppies are due about January 12th.

the broodiest of broody...she sat on nothing for 45 days before I feared I would loose her to dehydration and starvation. I caved, and gave her some chicks. She kept roosting ten feet up in an old oak at night, and jumping fences...my other girls were picking up these habits.

Bonny raised her crew till they were almost 11 weeks old (at this point I rehomed her). She was fiercely protective, and completely devoted to her kids.
