The GOLDEN eggs!!! :0)

We got our first egg about 1 week ago. My daughter saw it and went to get it and the girls jumped on it and broke it.
Next day we did get another one. My daughter loves going and checking several times a day to see if she finds any more.
We got about 3 last week and yesterday one. They all seem to be from the same one, we guess a buff orphington. Today we
got another one but its different it has white spots on it and its a bit smaller. Its fun to guess who is laying them.

We have 1 welsummer, 2 barred rocks, 3 buff orphingtons, 3 silver wyndottes and 4 americaunas

congratulations! We too like to try and figure out whose egg is whose. We had one week that was double yolker time and got 4 of them in a week (we have 4 laying). Love the speckles. I've always seen dark speckles never white.

I got a lot of white speckled when my Barred Rock started to lay. Think it is just their systems "working" it out. Congrats on the eggs!!!
