This hatch has been the hatch from hell so far. I had one Lavender Americana out of 16 hatch so far, no more pips. One silkie hatched, ended up with splay legs and I fixed those only to have her drown in the microscopic water lip. Then another silkie was hatching this morning, didn't make it. Seen too much blood on her when she finally got the shell off, then she died in the bator. Just had another silkie hatch with the same problem, only I was watching through the clear bator as he tried to get out, and it looked like the arteries around the membranes were just popping and bleeding profusely as he was trying to get out. He is almost completely out, but not really fighting to get out, and still attached by what I call the umbilical cord. The humidity is fine, the temp is fine, so I'm at a loss......
I have several american eggs left in the bator, none look like there are movement in them. Although they do look full. Then I have a LOT of blue and splash Silkie Eggs that don't look like there is any movement in them, and I wanted them so so bad, darn, darn, darn
