Zahir stays quiet on the floor. He waits for the opportunity to strike. He knows there will be one, he just hasn't had one present itself quite yet. The commotion has let him know who is there, and he could hear where they went, but he kept his eyes half lidded and his breathing slow. He is twisting his hands around in their bonds, behind him where his captors cannot see. He hears Ezria, and the fate of the barmaid.

"Well, I don't really want to explore anything specific, just outside of the forest. Once you leave the forest, there are so many other things to see that aren't just a bunch of trees."

(No offense to the people who believe they're actually trees.)

"Okay. So, like hide and seek basically?" Mirus asked. She was usually very serious before, doing all of this fun stuff that wasn't hunting just seemed weird. But, it was fun and it didn't hurt to stop being serious every once in a while.
