It's Kansas weather. One minute you're melting, the next the wind is so strong its pushing you around, and then after that it's snowing.

Hah! sounds similar to here. We got 3" of snow yesterday, it was windy and sunny today with major melt run off overfilling my pond, and tomorrow it's supposed to be 17C and Rainy.
