Me too. Less muscly tho.
The dragon flicked Buck the growling nuisance far away. Though he would sustain a lot of painful bruises, it would save his life, despite the dragon’s opposing intentions.
“What do you want?” Korim asked, wondering why Eve was plugging her ears. Cam covered her ears and Korim followed suit.
“Couldn’t hurt.”
Kyle and Rylie had no idea what was going on, though Kyle was at a safe enough distance to not hear the whisper. Rylie had very acute hearing and fainted dead away. (though he had barely heard a thing.)
The dragon instantly froze like stone and fell to the ground. His piercing violet eye stared into the distance. Korim, who thought the dragon’s collapse was a sudden move to kill him rolled out of the dragons frozen claws into a whimpering ball, still with his fingers in his ears.
He’s a cat we have to remember these thingsWait what
F(Watch me realize I’ve been calling a she-dragon a “he” this whole time.)
Cam gasped for breath, realizing she’d been holding during the whole encounter with the dragon.
“You did it! You killed the dragon!” Cam said, standing up, reluctant to remove her fingers from her ears as though some echo of Eve’s voice would come back to kill her. She shivered in the rain. Korim’s, shaking, soaked body was curled on the ground. A spurt of horror rushed through Cam.
“Wait, did you ki-“
Korim realized he wasn’t going to die and unpeeled himself from the very uncomfortable rocks and looked up sheepishly. “No reason for alarm,” he said weakly. He looked at the dragon in wonder. “Wait, she’s dead? You can kill her, with your voice?” he asked Eve. Which was stupid, because if she answered, then he’d be dead. “Actually, do not answer that question,” he said. “I understand completely.”

Rylie’s soggy body slumped behind the rock.
“Rylie what happened? Wait? Rylie?” Kyle’s already incredibly fast pulse (a little people thing) increased drastically. Kyle tried to check for a pulse on Rylie, but through the wet, stuck-together fur it was nigh-impossible. Also Kyle’s own fingers had lost most feeling due to the unpleasantly chilly rain.
“Rylie?”

He’s not dead! This is not acceptable. No ones allowed to die, especially not Rylie.
