How do you get more aging points? I got to a page and it says

Get aging points
With aging points, you can make your horses age immediately and look after them for another day without having to wait overnight for them to age.
You can get 10 additional aging points.

But it doesn't say how.

Plus another question. So it takes me about 8 minutes to train and take care of my horse... but then I can't do any more until tomorrow... so I can only play 8 minutes a day, or am I missing something?
