The Incubator Thread

well tomorrow will have last few things I need but can't seem to find any plexi glass without driving 60 miles lol. Think I could get away with using like a clear plastic tote lid cut down to size I need?

day 12 done 9 more day to go.

went and got more 8 hens yesterday now the mean rooster just boobs his head counting hens from a top the hen house and hiding, think he remembers what happened to him before when he was being trouble, we got 4 leg horn hens that kicked the heck outta him until he behaved properly with the hens. The breeder really liked my cross that hatched back in November and said he will trade me a black copper marans cockrel for one like sweatpea

The tote lid will get brittle quick and shatter if something hits it. I do not know what you doing with clear plastic---so i can not try to offer other idea's.

MOST Breeders would LOVE to trade a rooster for a good hen/pullet. Hens/pullets here go for $10 to $25, Cockerals go for $1 to $5--according to their size-----$7 for a Huge one.

What are you using the clear plastic/plexi glass for??? Being I do not know the answer to this question---I do not know how to offer help! But some ace hardwares that cut glass should have plexi glass.
just for seeing in to monitor the hatching chicks without opening as I'm using this for hatching, got it fixed so incubation is fine in the LG but it freaks out as soon as you up the humidity

have to wafer t stat so won't be dealing with digital ****
