Oh cool! So just little guys! I have a wyandotte. Not bantam, but shes beautiful.
I wanted to do bantams again, but i have all my chicks to sell eggs, and i cant sell little eggs for as muchbut when we used to have them they were so sweet, really broody too. I think silkies are beautiful, i was going to get a couple for brooding, until one of my hens went broody lol

Definitely need to see some pics when they are all fluffy! Spare bedroom is a good place! Brooder sounds good tooJust the 2 so far. They are resting now still inside of the incubator. I have been busy preparing the brooder for them. It is a large plastic dog crate. I have used this before for brooding my older ones, it works good. I keep it in one of the spare bedrooms that we have, where there is seldom any traffic going in there.
