Ik, the urge is just so overwhelming sometimes. I have to make sure to keep myself in check.

OK, this is pure insanity. And no way this was a coincidence.

When we drive home, we go right through a military base. Well, I am on my phone. It's dark. We were on our way home from a party. Well, I am scrolling through my screenshots. And then my phone goes to my home screen and blanks all in the span of a second. It's possible that it actually went into sleep mode and got awakened, but I did not push any buttons to do that. And then almost right after that the CD player completely went blank and upon turning it back on, it forgot the time, date, and everything.

I'm convinced we just somehow ended up getting hit by some test ray or something. I don't get how else on this planet that could have happened.

Oh, and the car's CD players must be at least 15 years, if not the full 23 years old the car is.

I thought about the power button theory, but there's no way that makes sense. It would have tripped Emergency SOS on my phone.
