If you've got a hair dryer, get it and blast the charging port for a minute. Do not leave it there for longer than that as you'll melt the adhesive on the rear glass.

Do that a couple times. If you have a wireless charger around, you can also use that and let it dry overnight.

Yah, you should let it dry for a while if you can't get some hair dryer. You could screw the phone over if you don't let it dry.

Sometimes there's just enough moisture to make a short and trip the alarm.

I've had the problem with humidity as well.

Well , it's pretty humid rn, but I did also brush up against a wet tree while it was in my pocket so idk

Did you spill water on it, or did you just brush against a tree?
