what does it mean if everything goes black when you stand up?

That’s pretty normal, it’s called orthostatic blood pressure. When you stand up quickly, the blood leaves your brain for a couple second and your vision goes black. You can pass out too, but that’s more rare.

I get dizzy spells and blacked-out vision when I stand up as well. The only cure is to stand up more slowly.

I’m kidding. There can be other causes, it’s probably low blood sugar, cause you never eat. Or maybe dehydration, cause you never drink
