How do you define "growing up on tv" ?. Like me and my siblings would watch 1 or 2 of our favorite cartoons every morning while our mom made breakfast, but after school and stuff we mostly played outside.

Pretty much watching TV while growing up.

My parents got rid of the TV. From then on it was books or whatever Dad decided to show us from YouTube or PBS online.

When I discovered YouTube... oh boy. I was on there all the time. So much content to consume.

Idk... we never really watched actual TV, we had DVD movies and a ton of those VHS tapes things

You can and will get sick if your body digests the battery. If what I know is anything to go by call poison control or the hospital or something. If you poop it out intact consider yourself lucky.

If you still have the physical media KEEP IT. It will be worth it in the future, and if you can rip the DVDs so you have a digital copy as well.
