You have it right there.We can only have 2 small meals and an average meal on Good Friday (correct me if I'm wrong, Nabi) All Fridays during Lent, and even not during Lent, we don't eat meat.

My family follows the Traditional liturgies and stuff, so for us it's every day during Lent except Sunday it's no meat, two small meals that equal less than one full one, and one full size meal to gorge yourself (not recommended). Usually we give up desserts and everything except for St. Joesph's day and St. Patrick's day.
No meat every Friday of the year unless Christmas or a Holy Day of Obligation happens to land on Friday, in which case we eat meat.
