Bobby, one thing: You might want to make sure the battery in your 4a is OK. Some 4a phones have a battery that can go bad. Google has a checker from what I know. If it's bad you should replace the battery as soon as possible.

As soon as I got it I installed AccuBattery to check it out. I charged it from 1% to 100% several times and the health never got lower than 95%, I think it was 98% average. My dad is very emphatic about battery health and that's what he recommended me to do.

My phone is somewhere in the 90s in terms of health from what I remember.
