I think the knee is like fused in this bent position and also its flipper is bent over, you van straighten the flipper but i don't hink the duckling (flippy) can move it. so she just hobbles around on one leg

Slipped tendon...? I know there's a few different leg deformities though. I used to have a deformed Muscovy years ago.
