She’s lovely. Our only splash silkie since her daughter came kinda red. She’s just barely a year and has been broody four whole times, and each time at the same time as her mother and sister. They would take turns incubating the eggs and when they hatched shared parenting responsibilities. Even the rooster and our handicapped silkie, Spice, helped out! Unfortunately their mother, Sunny, died from heat stroke this summer, but her babies keep the line going! 🤣

My friend brought over his Geiger counter and a piece of americium. It got up to 300,000 cpm :D. The background was about 50
