Here all iced tea is sweetened, but never uses milk in it.

Hot tea can be drank black, or with milk, and/or with some sort of sweetener (sugar, honey, even maple syrup!). But it is always hot! Iced tea is not a usual beverage here unless it’s the summer such as at a BBQ.
