I know it’s sad. My dream is to have my own building where I can sell carts but I want to make enough too where I can have employee benefits. I’ve had crap jobs for corporations before and it’s awful how they make people feel. I want to be able to give large bonuses, more than fair wages, work 4 days and have 3 off but still be paid for 40 hours, paid maternity leave, like almost if not about everyone hates their job and you spend more time with your coworkers than your family so while you’re at your work you should enjoy what you’re doing and feel cared for but also have time to be at home too

That is so beautiful and that’s what everyone needs! People literally work themselves to death it’s awful. I know this will work out for you if you have that mindset. I know if I was looking for a job or even working I would totally work there! That’s amazing
