At least we hope they're all ladies! We live in a small rural town, but they don't allow roosters. It would be heartbreaking if we had to rehome any of them. :(

We have two buff orphingtons ("Phoebe" and "Tiny"), a barred rock ("Brownie"), an Americauna ("Grandma"), and a silver-laced Wyandotte ("Mirabel").

They're all doing wonderfully! I can't believe how much time I can spend just watching them and their behaviors. It's fascinating. Our six-year old daughter can't wait to start taking them outside and giving them treats; she loves them to pieces!

Thank you to everyone who suggested different breeds to get! I'm most curious to see how the Wyandotte's personality develops. She's the smallest of them all and seems to be a calm loner, thus far.

Have a fantastic day, everyone!
