The Last Wolves *Restarted*

Dawn smiled So what are you doing here?' she asked

Cole sniffed outside "But she did sleep outside all night....again" he said and sighed then shook his head.

Dalton smiled "Alright, how about me go hunting today? Deer, elk, moose? You pick it and I'll take you" he said



(Oh sorry, I didn't see a post for Tiny that's why I forgot to RP her)

Tiny sighed and then went looked at the ground thinking about her, Niko and pups.

The females that couldn't walk looked at Niko "Thank you, we are very happy to have someone finally be able to come to help us" one of the females said. The three that couldn't walk were badly beaten and had broken legs. They lay there with their pups and watched with tears in their eyes, so happy to be finally freed from Blood.

Wolf heard the howl from his commanders "it's over, the pack has fallen and is now forever gone" he said with a proud smile then howled for Mika, Ki Hougen and genba and all their wolves to come and to bring any fallen members with them to be respected and to hear Wolf's talk.

Mika and Ki hadn't lost any wolves from their group they walked proudly to where Wolf was and sat and waited to hear what he had to say.

Hougen and Genba's group had only lost about three out of over a hundred wolves, they had the three wolves that had died on their backs carrying them and they walked heads held high and with proud looks on them knowing this pack had fallen. They got to where the howl came from and sat waited to hear what Wolf had to say. Hougen, genba, KI and Mika all came forward to look at Wolf and know they did very good today.

(I will make the forms for Zest and Lupa's pups later!)
Zest and Lupa went back to their den to chek in the pups. The three of them were sitting around in a circle playing with each other.

Niko smiled and nodded at the females. He broke the cage with his body and went into them to check to females who were badly beaten and had broken legs. "I know who can help you," he said and smiled. He then let out a loud, long howl for Astrid. After a few long minutes she finally got there. Astrid gasped. "W-who did this to them?" She asked as she went in at the female that was worst of all. Her back-right leg and front-right paw were both broken. She grabbed some long strong grass strands ad big leaves an miss from her pouch. She tied the leg up so it would stay secure.

Zest and Lupa went back to their den to chek in the pups. The three of them were sitting around in a circle playing with each other.

The female yelped in fear, but stopped and watched Astrid then looked at the two pups she had and nuzzled them carefully making sure they were fine.

Another female that could walk came over to Astrid "This is Maria, she doesn't talk to new wolves. We all have been treated badly and were beaten by Blood, or as we were forced to call him , Father Blood" she said then quivered at the thought of him.

Wolf began to speak and said lots of things, he even made the three holes for the three dead wolves then said for all the wolves "I know that we lost three wolves today, but they didn't die in vein. They died for the freedom of the forest. They helped protect us from being destroyed by an evil wolf. They may be gone, but they'll not be forgotten. We are all family, we may not be blood family, but that doesn't mean we're not family. A family isn't made by blood, it's made by the amount of care you have for another" he said "Now let us mourn for the three wolves we have lost, or for anyone that you may have lost before this fight" he said then began to howl.

Mika, Ki, Hougen, Genba and all the wolves howled with their hearts and feeling knowing this battle was over, but their was still a war going on with humans and other wolves.

Ice shrugged. " Just hanging around." He blinked.

Star shrugged. " I wish we had pups that liked us more… Can we have more Cole?"

" Oh, Moose." Moon flexed his claws.

Dawn nodded "Oh" she said "Yeah,I just came to get away from my family" she added

Cole looked at Star and smiled "I would love to have more" he said

Dalton smiled "Well then, Alright" he said "Let's get going" he said then started to run off to find a moose.

After awhile of running, Dalton stopped and started to sniff around for a moose.

Astrid howled then worked on the wolves then howled ten worked. "It's okay, no one is going to hurt you anymore." She said as she licked one of her pups that had some blood on it. She then looked down the line of females and saw more that needed care so she went by each one and asked what they needed and helped heal them. A gray wolf had four pups and had a broken rib so it hurt for her to nurse the pups. "Can you nurse these or does it hurt to bad?" She asked concerned. Demon looked around after howling. He cleared his throat and shortly ran off. Niko stopped him "Thank you Demon. I mean it, thank you." Demon grinned and nodded a 'your welcome'. And he ran off back deep into the woods.

Tiny looked and smiled "Yeah, I've been really good lately. Nate I'm glad to see your back, but why do you look injured?' she asked

Wolf stopped and listened then waited until everyone stopped.

All the wolves stopped and waited to hear what else Wolf had to say.

Wolf watched then looked at Niko then back at the wolves "I am glad to be able to fight with all of you, I really am. I may be old, and some youngsters think I can't fight anymore, but I can show them even when you get old, you will never lose that spirit to fight" he said "I hope all of you will let this sink into your minds, because one day I might not be here and I want to be able to leave with peace knowing that I left behind wisdom to all for those to hear." he said then smiled slightly "I look around here and I see many wolves filled with a fighting spirit, I see wolves with great minds and hearts. I see a powerful family of wolves, and like I said, We all are family, not blood family, but caring family" he said

Genba stepped forward "We all are family and we make sure our family is safe, now tell me you youngsters. Do you think what we OLD wolves say is nothing but a lie or do you believe what we said is the truth?" he asked

All the younger wolves howl saying they believed what Wolf and Genba were saying was the truth. Wolf then looked at Niko "What do you have to say?" he asked

Lupa glanced toward a tree a ways from her den. She heard something rustling in the leaves. She stood up in full alert. She then saw it. A cougar (mountain lion, forest cat, etc.) It was watching her and her pups. She howled as loudly as she could and it said 'Help! Mountain Lion!!' It then jumped down from the tree and focused on the only little boy pup.

Niko nodded "Wolf, Genba older wolves have more experience than us, young wolves do." He said as he glanced back and forth from Genba to Wolf. "I believe both of you are so powerful." He said as he glanced toward the sky but regained focus. "My father was an older wolf. His name was Slate. When I was born he was 7 years. A year and a half after I was born he was killed. No one knows who but he was killed. It tears me up to think my father was killed for doing nothing. He was a good ole wolf. He was strong and mighty and powerful just like you Wolf. He lead me to be a great leader just before he died." Niko said as a tear fell to the ground.
