Niko nodded. He was on his way to doing great, wonderful things. Niko loved Wolf. Niko's father died by being ambushed. There were 7 wolves and he couldn't fight them all. Wolf was important to Niko and he would do whatever he could to protect him and his family.

Wolf looked at Niko and felt bad for him, he knew Tiny was still acting like a pup, but it was because of her stress over being a leader. "Niko, I want to ask you something. I want to offer you something, I haven't offered in a very long time" he said

Wolf smiled "I want you to become an Alpha-Omega, meaning your a beginning and the end of packs, an Alpha-Omega is higher up than even a pack Alpha, he or she can have their words heard, wisdom taught and even their thoughts told by others. You would be the Alpha of all packs that exist, you would be able to travel, or stay in one place if you wished. I know it's probably a lot to ask of you, but I'm getting very old and I don't know how much longer I'd be around. I've been wanting to find one for a long time, you'd be taken the responsibilities I've had and taken care of. Yes, I want you to take my place as Alpha-Omega when I die, so that the world could become better, brighter and maybe one day peaceful" he said with a kind smile.

Niko looked at Ki, "Ki, we are going to fight them. We don't want them to think we're weak and that we are losers. Do you want them to think of you that way? I know if I was in your position, I wouldn't want them to think of this pack that way." Niko said as he started at Ki, "We need to hurry and get prepared. Go tell everyone that we aren't fleeing. This is our territory and we aren't going down without a fight." Niko said as he started helping the other wolves.

Ki smiled and nodded then howled for all of the wolves to come back, and to call for all of Wolf's old followers to come here.

Wolf listened then heard other wolves howling with Ki, then he began to howl too to bring even more together.

Niko kept howling. He needed wolves from other valleys to come and help them. He howled and howled and howled. Then he remembered about Cole. Cole. Where was he? What happened to him?
