Dalton and Lucinda looked around, then saw the rabbit hunting ground and began to slow down.

Lucinda stopped "alright, I can smell them all around, they just need to be lured out" she said "I can do that" said Dalton.

Lucinda looked at Dalton and sighed "Fine, but you better get at least three by the end of this hunt" she said

Dalton chuckled "I will, I promise" he said then went in and looked around then went to see if he could lure some out.

Klondike heard a scratching sound, and followed it to a small grey rabbit munching on leaves. He creeper closer, careful to step quietly. He snapped a twig and the rabbit bolted, but Klondike sprang, and landed on it. It's squeal was cut off abruptly, by the final blow. Klondike walked back to the clearing, his prize clutched proudly in his mouth.

Lucinda smiled "Good job, but when Dalton gets them going, you better be fast" she said.

Dalton got into position, he found a rabbit hole and chuckled, he then began to bark into it and scratch like he was going to get one.

Then a few rabbits came out and began to run. Dalton was just getting started, he then let out a growl and more barks, to get them really going.

Klondike pounced on one that was just running past. "I missed it." He jumped on another, and got this one, but then it slipped away. Growling in frustration, Klondike pounced earlier than before on this rabbit. He quickly finished it before it could get away.

Lucinda watched then quickly grabbed a rabbit that was about to escape and killed it, then let go and grabbed another and snapped the back, then she pounced on a two rabbits and held them against the ground and killed both of them.

Dalton just continued to get them to leave their holes.

Klondike managed to successfully get two more, to add to his pile. "How will we carry this many back?"
