Ava smiled weakly and walked into her den.


Damon and Barnabas both looked at the leader and dipped their head respectfully.

The fifth hoped he would be saved.

The leader jumped down and walked to the fifth. It was a female, the only female of everyone "You only bring me a small fish?" she asked as she started to growl.

The fifth nodded "I'm sorry. I forgot" he said starting to whimper. The leader growled then looked at The Great Dane "Max!! Get over here" she said

The Great Dane named Max walked over and looked at the fifth "Who is next to be the fifth if you died?' he asked. The fifth looked at Max "The warrior to become fifth is a brown and black dog" he said.

The leader growled then she turned to the forth "Find this dog!!! Now!!" she ordered then looked at the fifth "Kill him Max" she said then walked off

The forth nodded and ran off quickly.

Max nodded and bit into the use-to-be Fifth top warrior's neck and quickly killed him then looked at the others "This is what will happen if you come back with nothing or something not even big enough to feed the Leader!! You all remember the rules!?!?!?!"

The Third nodded and all the dogs in that group nodded. The forth top dog stopped and nodded then ran to find the dog. His group nodded. The Fifth group nodded. Second and first nodded without even looking at their Top warrior.

Max and the Leader looked at Barnabas and Damon.

Max growled then smiled "And if you have forgotten I will be nice and tell you again. Rule five: You will come back here if called. Four: You will Listen to me and The Leader or be severally punished. Three: If you find another female you will kill it or you will be punished. Two: The Leader eats first then The Second in command then the Top warriors then the rest. And One: IF you ever EVER disobey the Leader, Me or your Top warriors, you will be killed and I or the Leader will show no mercy. Or you will be taken to a place only me and the leader know about and kept there" he said then walked off.

The Leader looked at everyone as she started to eat the elk Barnabas and Damon brought back and smiled, then Max "Eat up Top warriors" called Max as he chewed up a chuck of the elk meat then walked to his den.

Third came over and started to eat slowly. Forth came back with the new fifth and they started to eat.

Damon approached the elk he and his friend, Barnabas had killed. He curled his lips up into a snarl as he shoved the other top warriors away from the area he chose to eat at. He never enjoyed sharing, especially with them.

Barnabas sat down beside Damon, eating very quickly and peacefully, obviously not bothered by his friends rude table manners.

The other three Tops backed away from Barnabas and Damon. Third was whispering something to the new fifth, then continued to eat.


The Leader smiled as she went to her den then she turned and looked at Max "Max, may I speak with you?" she asked as she then turned back and went into her den.

Max looked at The Leader and nodded, then started to walk to her den wondering what he did now.

The leader waited for Max, when he came in she smiled "Max, you know I don't like male dogs who keep secrets right?" she asked "And that you are the only one that knows my real name right?'

Max nodded "Of course Jade. I know your real name and that you don't like secrets" he said. Jade smiled "Good.....and don't use my real name to often" she said with a calm tone "So, I can see that some of the other males are whispering and hiding things. I want you to find out what's going on" she said. Max nodded "Alright, I will find out everything" he said then started to walk out of the den. Jade smiled then looked at him "Oh Max? Could you go and get Barnabas and Damon for me? I need to talk with them too" she said with an evil grin.

Max gulped "Y-yes Jade. I will go and get you Barnabas and Damon" he said then walked out. He went to find the two, when he saw they he walked over.
