The thing then bit into Mika's side and threw her right into a tree, then it came right into the light and looked down at Fang.

Mika was stunned, but she was trying to say something "Don't hurt........" was all she could say.

Fang didn't know who she meant, but he guessed she meant him.

Fang then bit into the male wolf's chest and tried to push him.

Mika caught Luna and put her down.
