Briar nodded, thinking hard. "I don't know Tiny, but I think I may have heard of Wolf before. Maybe"

Nate smiled and continued to walk.


Dalton smiled "Almost every wolf knows about Wolf. He was a great leader in his time. He commanded over hundreds of wolves in a forest fire he lead his wolves into a rebelling war, winning in the end. He even is my grandfather" he said


Then a gray old wolf walked over and looked at Dalton "Dalton? Who is this you've brought back?' he asked in a soft but still bold tone.

Jessica walked just behind Nate, slowing down to enjoy the scenery

Briar listened, intrigued "Really? Cool" She flicked her ears toward the grey wolf as he came over, then looked at him curiously with her big blue eyes

NAte looked around and smiling, now knowing that there were no dogs that would attack them, he felt a lot safer and a lot happier.


Dalton looked at the old gray wolf "Oh hey Wolf' he said

The old gray wolf, named Wolf smiled "So who's your friend?' he asked. Dalton looked at Briar "Oh this is Briar" he said

NAte looked around and smiling, now knowing that there were no dogs that would attack them, he felt a lot safer and a lot happier.

"I hope there are more days like this" Jessica said, looking up at the sky for a moment

Nate shook his head "Who knows? Maybe they ran or got killed" he said



Wolf smiled "Yeah everyone wants to help around, but there are a few wolves that don't like the pack. But they've gotten use to it" he said

Dalton nodded "yeah, like my sister, Lucinda and her pack of young wolves. but that's just about it for showing you around unless you want to see where some available dens are?' he asked
