He was down there. He ran down to a valley that led to the river.

When he got down there he barked for Cole so he knew where he was.

Cole barked back, as he got closer to the tree he was about to die at. He saw it and slightly smiled but he felt himself just collapse.

Niko ran faster than he ever had before. He knew Coles voice was fading. His paws kicked up dirt as he ran faster and faster with each step.

Niko saw Cole laying by a tree. He ran up to him and nudged him. "Cole?!" He urged "Cole!" He howled.

Cole opened his eyes again, because some how he was given alittle more time to live "Wolves from the other pack threw me off a cliff and into a river below that had sharp rocks at the bottom" he said then began to chuckle.

"Those wolves that grabbed us?" Niko asked. Niko looked around him so many times he couldn't remember, to see if anybody was near.

Cole nodded then stood up once more "Yeah, those wolves that tried to grab us they have Tiny's pack surrounded and we won't be able to get in just by walking in" he said then began to limp towards the tree.

"You're not going to die. I can almost promise you that." Niko said. "Okay?" As soon as he finished saying that he ran off to find some moss and water to help the gash. He really liked Cole. He was like a son to him. Truly.
