The Last Wolves *Restarted*

"Are than any dangerous outsiders that I should be aware of. Any packs or just troublemaking loners?"

"There are and I hope you don't see them" said a wolf come over. He was skinny and tall. His fur was short and he had a huge mark on his back right thigh, he also had this look that showed he'd seen a lot of stuff "the name's Cole, or as most wolves here call me 'the traitor'" he said

Wolf looked at Cole and shook his head "This is my grand-son Cole, he's not bad, just been placed in bad situations" he said "And yes, there's a large dog pack that's taken most of the forest grounds, but we've been slowly able to keep them from getting close to us" he said

Klondike nodded to Cole. "I think that I will judge you based on your actions, not by others thoughts." Turning back to wolf, "I will be on the lookout then.

Cole nodded "Good" he said then looked at Wolf "So where's he going to be placed? Hunting? Scouting? Fighting? or will he be on pup watching?' he asked Wolf.

Wolf looked at Klondike and smiled "That's up to him, he cane choose where he goes." he said then looked at Klondike "Here, I'll show you where the food is, so if you get hungry, you'll know where the food is" he said stood up and went to the food den.

Following Wold he says, "I think that I would like to be placed in fighting. I don't have much experience with pups or scouting. And I haven't had much reason to hunt anything bigger than a rabbit. However, you don't last long as a loner if you can't fight."

Wolf nodded "I understand, I was once a loner too, it was many years ago." he said as he walked "And alright, if you want to be in fighting then go right ahead" he said. Once they got to the food den Wolf sat down "So, we have rabbit, squirrel, deer, bird and voles for small meals" he said

Wolf smiled and pulled out a squirrel and gave it to him "There you go" he said then looked around "So what made you want to be in a pack?' he asked

Klondike sat down. "Well, its hard being a lone wolf. All your prey sleeps through the winter, you can't take down large prey, and everywhere you go you are unwelcome. You go one way you are invading territory, you go the other way its the same thing. Not to mention it gets lonely. There aren't exactly very many options to find a mate."
