Hougen then opened his eyes quickly and looked at Rein standing up

Winter couldn't stop thinking of that Hougen charecter why is it when she saw him she just wanted to go up and meet him but just couldn't cause she was scared...but of what? Being let down? Him not liking her? What was up with her!?
