Thunder's shape crested a nearby hill by the camp clearing, followed by Ebony.

Inside, the mercenaries began to take sides.
Urania, Lithen, and Zephyr began to back up Erato, shouting at Aquilon.
"Urania?!" Clio yelped, "Why...Aquilon--"
"He;s crazy," Urania said, "I'm noy risking my life for a useless book."
"It's not useless!" Wisteria shrieked.
