Kristina blinked, "Shadow, get back," she hissed, "something dark is trying to reach us. I can sense it."

"Get on my back," Shadow murmured. She crouched down so Kristina could climb on. "I'm going to take you farther away from here."

Shade woke to being almost completly surrounded in solid stone. She tried to struggle, but she could`nt move at all. Her captors paced around worriedly.

"What are you going to do with me Sheila? Kill me? Torture me? I am at your mercy.Strike me down as Thunder has done to so many. But you don`t have the guts to do so, hmmm? Do as you see fit, Shadowolf."

Sheila had been using Faedon's power in order to sense anyone coming and heard Shade. "In your dreams, dragon." She sniffed the air to try and catch a scent, but there was none. "My team and everyone else here fighting Thunder are bound to Rainea by loyalty, while Thunder's army is bound by fear. He will fall before we do." She then flew out to get a survey of the area.

"I am not Thunder`s soldier! He merely hired me. It was just a job. I did not know he would betray me as well."

After Kristina climbed on her back Shadow jumped into a shadow in the back of the cave, reappearing halfway up a mountain.
