They looked up and glared at Attollo, but continued following the osprey.

Attollo knew he had to do something, but he doubted he could fight so many creatures. He pumped his wings faster, trying to get there before they did. Alektyra and Calliope lunged for the panther, side by side.

The panther's eyes widened in fear the split second before his forelegs were crushed under Calliope's weight and his hip was cracked in two when Alektyra lunged for him. He screeched in pain, attracting the attention of the mare.

Sylvia looked down, distracted for a second.

 

[OwlLover]

The kestrel tried to cannon Sylvia in the side, biting at the soft area under Sylvia's wings. The mare roared, lunging for Calliope and rolling.

Sylvia yelped, trying to flap back but was to distracted an the kestrel hit its target. Calliope was smashed against a tree. Alektyra diverted her attention and reared at the mare.

(I'm going to start calling my characters by their names, calling them by the species is getting a bit old)

Nosse (the kestrel) tried to flip Sylvia and began diving down towards the ground, trying to hold Sylvia down so that she took the brunt of the impact. Jet, meanwhile shrieked in pain when Alektyra crushed her shoulder, and kicked at her stomach with her back legs.

Sylvia spread her wings, trying to shake the kestrel before they hit the ground, even though Nosse's weight wasn't much, it nearly flipped her over in midair, she crashed into the ground on her ribcage, springing on him/her with her talons. Alektyra tried to struggle back on her hind legs, but instead was hit right under her chest sending her backwards. Calliope shook the confusion from her head and charged again.
