Ebony charged into the cave, diving for one of Reika's pups. The black and white pup, Luna, cried as Ebony wrapped her jaws around her throat. "Stay back, or her head comes off!" Ebony snarled. Hades, Charon, Reika, Greta, Nyra, Lexie, Willow, and Haylei froze. Ebony smirked, perfect. With lightning speed she turned around and unfurled her wings, taking Luna with her. She appeared as merely a shadow for a second passing above Noeta, Neptune, and Incendia, before she was swallowed up by the darkness of the night. Reika let out an immense cry.

Incendia sprang off of Neptunes back, her eyes suddenly wild, "What was that?"
Neptune froze, "I don't...oh, no, Thunder must be back!"
Noeta whelled around and started flying towards where the others were.

Hades somberly brought Jerome back into the cave, Reika holding her remaining pups Rain and Kuro close as she sobbed.

Noeta padded up to them, "What happened, we saw this Shadow and...is he alright?"

"Does he look alright?" Charon snapped, looking at the puddle of blood forming around his head.

Reika sobbed, "they took Luna..." she choked out between sobs.

"I expect you're going to answer that," she snarled, "Who took her? Actually...don't answer that one either."
Incendia landed next to Noeta and cursed, "Thunder's back."

Reika stopped sobbing and growled, taking her pups to the far corner of the den.

Incendia wacked Noeta with a talon.
"Hey!"
"Why are you so spiteful all of a sudden?" the phoenix snapped, "Is Alektyra's mood spreading."
"Nerves, Thunder, and Family, Incendia," The wolf muttered.
"That's no excuse."
"I don't trust everyone," Noeta said, "I'd never seen Attollo before but I swear the spy matched Calliope's description!"

Ebony returned to Gajou, throwing Luna into a small room where pups and other young creatures stayed. "You will grow up to be a strong soldier," she said.

Luna growled, "where is my mommy?!"

"And who says we can trust you?" Greta snarled. "You're just as trustworthy as everyone else here!"
