Our electricity went out and before It came back on, about 20 minutes, it dropped to 92 degrees before it came back on. How will this affect the chicks? Only one had pipped and 3 had hatched.

You should be OK. The internal egg temperature takes a bit longer to drop and 92 isn't that low for a few minutes. After they hatch, 90-95 will be adequate. Also, the embryo's/chick's metabolism is producing heat by now. I wouldn't worry much. Just keep it closed and proceed as usual.

Thanks. I have not had a chick hatched in 6 hours and nothing is happening. So I am getting a bit anxious. Losing all of the would be very upsetting.

It's a best guess. It was early in the morning. I don't think it could have been more than 30.

They might be a little slower hatching because it was cooler but I don't think it will effect the eggs much because it was so short a time and only got to 92! I have had the incubator off over night and had chicks hatch. Be patient and don't assist any eggs till 20-24 hours after they pip! go do something else for awhile other than watching the incubator! ( you are gonna have to remind me of my own words in a couple of days!) but here is an article on assisting. anyways.https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/

Okay, the one that picked did that sometime around 7:00 last night. If I don't see anything by 4:00 p.m. today I guess I'm going to have to see if the chick is still viable or not and if I can help it.

You could also pop the eggs out really quickly and candle them.
