So... What are the hours made out of? PVC pipe? Just curious bc my husband wanted to do that for our 16ftx16ft run. They don't seem to be strong enough to hold the bend

Yes, pvc pipe. The top crosspiece provides stability.

Nice job fixing it up....but where are the roosts for 4 birds?
What are the dimensions?
Do the wheels roll well?

The roosts and nesting boxes are up in the "barn" part of the coop. It's about 10 feet by 4 feet. The wheels are functional, but I suspect they may need replacement. It rolls but there's a good bit of effort involved.
