It's finally here. 30+ yrs of waiting but it's here. Greenhouse/coop combo. Filling in the furnishings for both.
My 9 currently are locked into the 14x14 coop, learning that this is now home lol. So much better than the muck we usually fought through the winter.

My kids started calling it that yrs ago lol. I've been waiting over 30 yrs for it. Young Mennonite that build it for me laughed at all the stuff I had hoarded up for it and knowing "exactly" how I wanted it.
I'll take some pics of the inside of the coop area if it ever gets lightened up around here today. There's only one window in that side and it's on the north and it's very overcast and rainy here today.
Can't open the 6 ft. doors cause my run fencing hasn't been moved yet and the chickies went in last night. I figure they'll be ok until I can get a crew here to move it after the rain. It's 14x14 and there are only 9 of them.

What do they mean...we they young and there were lizards in there??
Do they know what a Lounge Lizard is?

Nah, they were teens when they started calling it that. They love picking on me for my need for sunlight.

I'm sure there will be lots of pics and questions. But I'm really looking forward to the build out.
