Connor walked out of the burrow, Flower following. He plopped down in the sun.
Ruby and her chicks came out of the burrow.

Connor stayed in the sun but lifted his head up occasionally to check on Flower.
Ruby knew that her chicks would have to be weaned eventually but she ignored that fact. She found a big, juicy worm for her chicks and clucked for them to come eat it. Atlas ran over and started to run around with it when Cherry stole it from her brother. Cherry quickly swallowed it up and Atlas got angry. "You snooze, you lose!" She said while running over to a sunflower. Ruby laughed while watching this whole worm fight.
