"Why?" Said the chick. "My whole family is dead. I have no reason." She grumbled. Prim wrapped a wing around her. The chick sighed, feeling a little better.

Daffy gasped.

"No one stole her, Daffy. Your chick is just fine."

Ginger could hear them coming. She let out an angry screech. They probably wanted to get rid of the Nasty Rat, miles away from the camp. She skittered to a halt, in a defensive stance with her teeth bared.

"Then hatch it shall. But you should wait till you lay at least one more to sit." She said. Flower nodded. "How many chicks do you want?" She asked Connor.
