*The Lovely And The Ugly* A wild Chicken RP 2

Sage, noticing this as well, Asked Frost “We have to get that dog out of here. But how?”
"I have no idea. How fast can you run?" She asked. "If you can distract it long enough, I can get her out of there. You should fly into a tree and stay totally still if it catches up with you. It didn't help this pullet, because she's bleeding and the dog could smell her...but if you fly into a tree and stay still it won't get you." She said.

“Ok, I can try. I run pretty fast usually”. Sage started to run out in front of the dog

Frost stepped out too.

Sprout turned her head, noticing two chickens. One was a dark rooster with golden-orange hackles and blue-green iridescence, and the other was a strangely pale hen around the same age who seemed to have no color in her at all. Sprout shook in fear. Were they here to get her, too?

The dog's head snapped up.

Sage tried to distract the big dog. It seems like it was working. He just hopes that Frost knew what she was doing

"What are they then?" Lucky asked. She looked at the chicks again. They were tiny but they didn't look that much different than normal chicks.
"I think they're...queel? Qual? No, quails! I met some once. They're like mini-chickens but different. They're tiny and cute." Said Fern, peering at the shivering babies.

Lucky looked down at the "quail." Mini chickens. How did they even survive long enough for her to find them?

"Yeah." Lucky agreed. They seemed to be getting cold though. How long could such a tiny thing stay warm, she wondered.

"Well, they've latched onto you. You're their mum now. They need to be warm."
