Frost poked her head out of her burrow. It was rainy today. Very rainy. What a relief for her poor eyeballs.
She would go out and dance in it, but mud really showed on her pale feathers. She sighed.

Fang shook her head. "A special project! Don't worry about it. Although.." Fang walked closer to Henri so that they weren't super far across camp. "Is Ginger a good chick name for a chick with reddish-brown splotches?"

"I like it. Or Cinnamon." She shrugged. "Wait, are you going to hatch out chicks?" She asked excitedly. She then shook her wet crest in the rain.

Splash said no about hatching out the quail egg and left the burrow. She was all done with hatching for this year. She loved the rain so she went outside into it. She started to scratch around in the dirt to see if there were any worms.
