Ruby walked out of her burrow, her chicks following. Connor let out a strong crow. His crows were definitely improving.

Eerie greeted Ruby. Wren crowed back at Connor.
Flower squeaked happily when she found a huge worm.

Atlas let out a squeaky crow and ran behind his mother. Cherry chased Flower for the juicy worm. Connor chased Flower as well.

Flower ran about through camp to escape the chicks chasing her. She ducked just outside of the camp entrance.

Cherry and Connor gave up and ran back to their mom. Connor crowed again. "Where'd Flower go?" Ruby asked since she wasn't watching them run around.

Flower ducked through the bushes, trying to find a good place to eat her worm. She slurped it up, then turned to head back to head back to camp. "Alright, I ate th-" Her words were cut off.

Eerie's head snapped up as a terrified shriek ripped through the air.

Ruby looked up at the sky too. Her chicks ran under her wings and Ruby ran back to her burrow quickly. She watched Eerie and the chicks and hoped that they could get back to safety quickly. (It's a hawk right?)

"Help!!!" Shouted Flower. She scrabbled at the sides of the huge sinkhole she had fallen in to.
